Thank you for choosing MIU MIU.
If you are not satisfied with the products purchased from our website www.miumiu.com, you may return the products which have never been used free of charge within 7 days from delivery (except for personalized customized products, products which may affect personal safety or life and health after opening, and other products that are not suitable for return due to their nature). Please understand that we do not support exchange service currently.
Returned products must be in a fully marketable condition and placed in their original packaging (e.g. packaging box, cotton bag, etc.), accompanied by all the relevant sales documents, accessories, instructions, labels, tags, gifts (if any), paper invoices (if any), certificates (if any), etc. Returned products and all the said adjuncts shall be free from any form of wear, loss or damage; Perfume products must be returned in its original packaging, in particular the plastic wrap covering the perfume case must be sealed.
We will inspect your returned products to ensure that they are in good condition and eligible for return. If the inspection are failed, products will be returned back to you and you will not receive a refund. If the inspection are met, the refund shall be returned to you by the original way. Refund time depends on your original payment channel.
You may submit the return request through below procedure:
- Registered user. Log in your account with registered mobile phone number. Find the order containing the returned products in historical orders. Click the button of “Apply Return”. Select the returned products in the selected order and confirm the return reason and refund amount. Click “Return Submission”.
- Visitors. Click into “Support - Returns” at the bottom of the official website. Enter mobile phone number and order number starting with “CNMM”. Click item in the selected order and confirm the return reason and refund amount. Click “Return Submission”
Once your return application is confirmed, we will contact you via call and arrange a Courier to pick up. Please put the returned products and other items in the original packaging box accordance to above requirements and seal it, then give it to the Courier.
To ensure that your return goes smoothly, please do not send back any return products without our Customer Service team’s confirmation. You understand and agree that you will be responsible for any damage or loss of the returned products resulting from your failure to comply with this Return Instruction.
